Rachel Hall

I graduated from Olympia College in 2006 with a certification in massage therapy. I have been a licensed massage therapist with Athletico since 2009. I specialize in clinical medical massage. With well over a decade under my belt in the field I have treated hundreds of pre and post op patients. I perform; scar tissue release, trigger point, myofascial (deep tissue), lymphatic, sports massage, prenatal massage, Swedish massage, stretching, and shiatsu therapies. I am a Certified Medical Cupping Massage Therapist as well. I am also an experienced Thai massage therapist. In addition to being a massage therapist, I am also a 500 hour certified Hatha yoga teacher. I received both my 200 hour and 500 hour training's from Prairie Yoga in Lisle, IL. I am an Aerial yoga teacher as well, receiving my certifications through Aviana Yoga. I am available for massage or yoga one-on-one sessions Monday through Saturday.

Times and Places you can catch me teaching yoga classes are: Thursdays at 6pm Hatha yoga at Bloom Yoga Center in Bartlett, IL. Fridays at 9:30am Aerial Yoga all levels at Bloom Yoga Center in Saint Charles, IL. Saturdays at 12pm Aerial Yoga all levels at Bloom Yoga Center in Bartlett, IL. I host massage parties for up to 5 hours at a time, and am available to teach small classes in your home or at work!
